Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchased a sony handycom on 21/10/2006 for which I took finance of Rs. 12498 from Bajaj Finance, Hyderabad. I submitted 6 post dated cheques with EMI of Rs.2083/- each. All the EMIs are deducted from my ICICI Hitec City account. But due to Bajaj Finance's mis-management in record keeping one EMI (Cheque no. 368238) is pending in their account. I received repeated calls from their collection dept. and even received letters . Then I talked to Mr. Chandra Sekhar (email proofs are available) and sent Banker's certificate as well as Bank statement through registered post as well as via Fax. There after the issue was cleared by Mr. Chandra Sekhar and he confirmed it through email. After 2 months I got the final statement which shows arrear as 0 and also confirmed the loan is terminated on 09/06/2007.
Now I am again getting SMS to pay Rs.2083/- on my mobile. I do not know what's happening. I tried to call Tarnaka office (Ph. No. 32414106 and[protected]. But they do not answer the calls and terminate the call. Please help me.
I am pasting the email communication happened.
Dear Sir,
We Cleared your account yesterday and we receving your letter also.
If you have any doubts, pls call us.
Regards
Chandra Sekhar

Dear Mr. Chandra sekhar,
Subsequent to our talk over phone after you received the banker's certificate, can you please acknowledge the receipt of the speed post as well. Also please confirm me whether now everything is clear with respect to the payment towards the loan.
So far I did not get anything written from you or Bajaj Finance regarding this. I want to get rid of all these confusions.
I am waiting for your confirmation.
Thanks
Prasanta Pradhan

Bajaj Finance — Receiving text messages inspite of making payments
Hello,Inspite of me making the all the payment, I am unnecessarily being harrassed for want of information at bajajfinance end. I am really irritated with all this and I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE COMING TO MY HOUSE asking for money. Please ensure that all your records are updated and then you trouble the customer.
I had contacted bajaj finance 200 times but nobody responded to any of the phone calls, or the emails which I wrote. Below is one of the examples.
From 4th Sept 2007 Bajaj finance was sleeping over this issue, inspite of me calling and asking about my post dated cheques and why they were not deposited. One fine day somebody called up and I said deposit the cheques no probs, then 2 cheques were deposited on 25th April which got cleared from my ICICI bank. I am enclosing the online statement of my account for your reference. Later I called up and spoke to Mr. Patankar of Bajaj Finance he assured that they will deposit the cheques but there was no response at all on this from anybody again. One fine day one Mr. Nilesh from Maratha Agencies called me up and I told him yes I do know that i have to pay the balance amount of the TV and asked him to come and collect the cheque. He came home on 26th May 2009 and he told me to handover the full and final settlement amount to him which got cleared from my ICICI account immediately.
I have made the payment for the Samsung LCD 32" TV which i bought from Gokul Electronics on 4th Sept 2007.
-II was handed over the receipt which mentions that this is full and final settlement of my TV.
Can you please take care of the above and ensure that all this is closed. Inspite of making payments during festival time it is not at all good on the part of Bajaj finance to send people home for collection and when the PAYMENT IS ALL SETTLED.
Also I have shown the full and final payment receipt to one Mr. Kamran and Mohammed Kazi who came home a couple of days back.
Can Some body from Bajaj finance action on this.
