[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — Preclosed my loan but still the ECS being passed and amount being fetched from my account | |||
I taken CONSUMER DURABLE loan from bajaj for the amount 73,990.00 . I pay monthly installment of (Rs 3083) per month and my start installment date is 04/07/2011 and my end installment date is 05/05/2013 . This month I have preclosed my loan on[protected] by paying 6242 Rs. Eventhough I have preclosed my loan , Still the emi had been debited from my account. I was shocked to see that. Also I have emailed Bajaj multiple times and called their call center number too , but no one is responding. I am surprised, how this kind of immature behavior is being shown by a financial institution. Bajaj is not concerned about the customers. Please help me recover the excess amount taken by bajaj from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
