[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd — NOC NOT YET RELEASED - WAITING FOR 7 MONTHS

I have purchased bajaj byke on 15/11/2004 in the scheme of TW-90%FIN-6.60%ROI-12M-1A.EMI-SA2%-DI 2% and my loan A/C no. is[protected] in VARUN BAJAJ, PUDIMAMDAKA ROAD, ANAKAPALLI. I had paid full amount through cheques but I had paid in cash amt.Rs.3282/- with receipt no.40816697, bajaj auto finance ltd. on 04/10/2005 for the dishonour of the cheque bearing no.787836, dt.15/09/2005.Now I request you to please send me the NOC and LOAN CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE to sell my byke with your kind consideration.
