[Resolved] Bajaj Pulsar — service is not good | |||
Hi I have brought a bajaj pulsar 150 ,11 months ago from Singh Bajaj Auto Patna, Kankarbagh. There is problem of soccer in my bike for which i have insisted them to change it during my free service or do something permanent solution to it . But every time they used to excuse me by telling don't worry it will work. i am a working professional so i have less time to visit a service center but to change this soccer i have visited 3 times to the service center and each time they give me some excuses.Finally they have not changed the gear box but the problem is not solved. The service people are not good too. I have brought a motorcycle from them but when the questions comes of servicing they act as if they have done there job & i have to run behind them for my work. Is this kind of service what the Bajaj company gives. I am getting frustrated to this type of service offer. Therefore i urge to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
