Bajaj — Regarding poor quality of service | |||
Dear Sir, My Bajaj Pulsur 150 vehicle no KA 19 EC 7871 met with an accident on June 13 2012 very next day I given it to repair in GIM Bajaj sales services MEGINA PETE Vittal sub Dealer of SUPREME AUTO DEALERS Mangalore. I paid Rs.15000 advance No service station asks money before service but I paid hope my bike will be repaired early.I asked vehicle after 15 days but he dint touched it.Again I after One Month again same problem.After 2 months i asked he just removed the defected parts.Now it is around 3 months and i lost my patience, now he is absconding not picking call from past 10 days.I will not complaint against SUPREME AUTO DEALERS because they are giving best services.Before I was in Mangalore I was taking services in SUPREME AUTO DEALERS It was best.I Would like complaint only againt GIM Bajaj sales services Vittal sub Dealer of SUPREME AUTO DEALERS Mangalore.Please repair my vehicle and give it me before monday and penalty for delay.Please don't give your dealership for such irresponsible people like GIM bajaj Vittal it will spoil Bajaj company name.I am telling this because I am fan of Bajaj.
