[Resolved]  Bajaj — service not done properly

Hi their. My name is sam from Chennai. I am having bajaj pulsar 135cc lsi 2010 model bike . Recently on September 2013- 28 i have given this vehicle for a complete engine service and to change major parts in the engine. I was charged rs 8721rs for the services alone. But the service was not upto mark. Today my bike started giving the same trouble. I have all the proper bills with me . I wanna file a case against that bajaj dealer (Anbu bajaj, Taramani, Chennai ) How can I do that.. Regards Sam Subin [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
