myself RAJEEV KUMAR have a bajaj discover 135 cc bike, rear shock absobers and speedometer of my bike have some defect, these parts are under guarentee by bajaj co. BUT WHEN I WENT TO BAJAJ SERVICE STATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE SPARE PARTS THE MANAGER AND GM REFUSED TO REPLACE AND TOLD ME YOU MAY GO TO CONSUMER FORUM BUT YOU WILL GET NOTHING AND TOLD ME TO LOOK THE HISTORY OF THE CASES OF CONSUMER COURT THAT NOBODY HAS WIN THE CASE AGAINST BAJAJ CO.
