VEHICLE SMART CARD (WB24V-9703) not receivedDear Sir, I, Sanjay Dey have bought a two wheeler (Bajaj Discover 125/Chassis no. MD2DSJZZZVPA-40710/Engine no. JZVBVA-14462/ Vehicles No. WB24W - 9703) on 09th MaY, 2012. But till date I havent received my smart card. I went to the motor vehicles department Barrackpore, from where Registration my bike, they told me that "Not found my documents" Stand by I was given applications. 1 months already passed, till now I didn't receive my smart card.
