bajajfinance — sms about pending loan 404142122

i am geeting sms to pay emi on line lono[protected] but i have no pending loon account i had consumer loan of my father and i have cleared it

my consumer loan no-4050cd00058129 & emi is rs.2284.i purchased a/c from snehanjali(kandivali)mumbai month of may-10.after that yet i not receiving invoice/loan amount paper etc.
i asked so many time to snehanjali people for paper & invoice but they told i ask to bajajfinance to provide that document of loan.from yr new loan departmeent call for new loan amt is 36000 that time also i request to them for this complaine but they r not ready to care & listen so this thing create lots of wrong imprassion for bajajfinance.
if i will not gate all document after this i have to stop balance emi to pay.

Bajajfinance — false SMS on mobile

though I have not taken any loan I have SMS on my mobile on 1 & 2 Dec 2012 as follows
Dear Customer ,your EMI of Rs.1334/- for Loan # 4050CD00227816 is due on 05-DEC-12.Request you to keep your bank account sufficiently funded 3 days prior.
please look into the matter seriousely

not taken any loan but id is created in bajaj finance

my Id was created and my loan was rejected in bajaj finance why, my id in bajaj finanace is 4302121.
