[Resolved] Bajajfinservlending — cheque bounce | |||
Sir/ madam, i have bought TV from a local shop and i get it financed by bajaj finance, they have taken there EMI for first three months and at the fourth month i have got a statement from them that the money is received but actually it was not deducted from my account , on 11 Jan 2013 i got the another statement that my cheque was bounced but i was having sufficient balance in my account on that day. when i went to there office they told me to pay cash i have paid the amount . when asked about that cheque bounce they told that your account no was wrong , i asked then how you got the EMI they told that your bank have not checked the detail . they told me to give the xerox of my bank passbook , & when i asked that this incident i will not harm me in future in buying any thing they told that "No". after few days when i went to buy another thing and i asked for finance they told that your EMI card is blocked and it will not be activated again , and no goods will be financed to u for next 180 days you r black listed . i went to there office for next three days but no one was hearing my queries . they gave me another number and told me to call next day , when i called next day they again told me to call next day , next day any lady received the call and told me that they could not help in this . i made absent of three days from my office because cheque bounce is a crime ,so i did not want any type of problem so i ran to there office for three days and totally mentally disturbed by this . they also told that this incident may happen with me in next month also . i need justice that due to there fault why should i suffer,why i m black listed in there account. who will pay my lost of three day absent from office , phone calls , mental harassment & petrol expenses if i am not wrong then. i have enclosed my account detail of this month & bajaj finance statement. We are in receipt of the EMI dated 5th Oct 12 to 5th Dec’12 from your bank . However the 5th Jan’12 EMI has been dishonored by your bank for reason “ No Such Account”. We request you to kindly take it up with your bank and help us regularize the EMI for the subsequent months.
Having said that, we understand the concern and also acknowledge that there are no intentions to dishonor and this could be a technical error. We are in receipt of payment of Rs 3125 by cash on 14th Jan’13
We have activated your EMI card and would like to confirm that you can transact as per your available limit given.
For any further clarifications write to us at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.
