hello sir mai aap se complaint karna chhata hoo sir hamne 20-apr-2012 ko apna cylinder book karvaya tha aaj 5-may-2012 ho gayi hai hamara cylinder nahi aaya hai. aap kya sochete hai ki hame koi kam nahi bas roj gas hi book karvate rahe sir hame service karni hooti hai ya phir aap bhatey ki service chod kar ghar par bethe jaye kya aap ko consumer ko aise pareshan karna chahiya.sir chahey aapke office 10:00 am khul jatey jaroor hai par ko phone nahi ootha tha hai to bathey ki consumer kaise aapni gas book karveye ya phir late delivery par gas agency ko bathey. aap mujhe bathey ki kaise gas service hai aapki
Dear Sir/Madam Hello and how are you? I have a gas connection with the backsons gas service.I have always problem with the delivery normally delivery time is 3 to 4 days.I and almost the consumers are getting at least after 10 t0 15 days our calenders. Yesterday i have been to head office of India gas to complaint there the problem but they have given me phone number of marketing office and told me talk to him he will solve your problem.It is sad when i call him he did not answer with our questions well. I would like to change my gas agency even he told me you can not change. I found this site and thought will declare my problems with you.I am sure there is the way to make my problem clear.
