Hi,
I was working in a company for 11months and due to unfortunate family urgency had to leave the company without serving notice period but with prior notice to my TL and HR SPOC and after submitting my access card and ID Card.
After leaving the company without serving the notice period but with prior notice, they started to consider me as an absconder and sent a notice of final settlement after 15 days in which they had deducted notice pay for not serving the notice period and had asked me to clear remaining dues and which I did within the stipulated time. Now, after paying notice period and clearing all dues company started telling that they would not be able to provide me with the relieving letter for not serving notice period. I am following up with them continiously and they are telling me that they will provide me with the settlement letter for clearing dues but not relieving letter and experience letter since they still consider me as an absconder. Can someone suggest me on how to go about this also let me know if I can seek legal help to get it as it is creating problems in my present company. Was this information helpful? |

I am residence near kadugudi. There is no pedestrian cross between kadugudi bus stand and whitefield railway station ,of course there is fly over available not for who walk that's only for vehicles . Thousands of people crossing the railway track every day to reach kadukudi.There is sathy sai ashram in kadukudi so thousands of tourist and patients are staying and visiting to kadugudi .Everyone have to cross the railway track to reach kadukudi.Some times trains are stopped between both location .That everyone have to walk across the train .it may take more then half an hour to cross 30 sec path. Aged persons are facing difficulties like anything.I don't know what the hell karnataka govt doing.If the fix this problem soon . People feel very happy.
