[Resolved] Bank Of India — Money lost even after debit card lost report was filed with Bank of India | |
Hi Money has been swiped off my debit card even after i had reported to hotline at Bank of India. The sequence of events is like this, I had lost my debit card and quickly i had made a complaint of lost to the bank hotline and informed the authorities. They also asknowledge and I got my new debit card in 7 days. But the problem is after i got my new card, 20, 000 INR was swiped through my old debit card. How is this possible, after issuing new card Bank of India should scrap my old debit card. How do I get my money back?
