Caution Against Disbursing Loans To Mrs Dadi [protected]@Savitri W/oDadi Venkata Rao.There is a legal dispute pending in the VI th Additional District Judge Court at Visakhapatnam vide O.S.125/2005 regarding Plot Nos 236,237,238 at Door Nos 30-9-14 and 30-9-14A,Allipuram Ward, Sarada Street,Dabagardens,Visakhapatnam-530017.Suit is pending since 2005.While concealing this fact,Smt Dadi Jayalakshmi alias Savitri wife of Dadi Venkata Rao is making concerted efforts to take huge loans against these disputed properties through concealment/misrepresentation of facts and lies.You are hereby cautioned/ requested to warn all your Bank Branches at Visakhapatnam,Anakapalli and Vizianagaram to beware of this individual and NOT to sanction any loans to her.
She has already managed to take loan of Rs 56Lakhs from State Bank of India,Gopalapatnam Branch at Visakhapatnam,by not revealing facts about pending Court Cases.She also took the loan saying it is for an approved Apartment Complex while actually building a Commercial Complex.She also tried for a Top Up Loan of Rs 1 CRORE,which was refused by the SBI,HAVING BEEN DULY WARNED.Now she is approaching other Banks to take over the Loan from SBI and to get an additional sum of 50 Lakhs or so to complete the project.She has also taken additional loans from private money lenders at very high rates of interest against said properties,in order to service loans taken so far from SBI and others,which she is concealing from Banks.
