[Resolved]  Barclay Bank — Credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not received any credit card from Barclay bank. Barclay bank has been sending credit cards statement and sms on my email id and my mobile since 3 months. Bank customer care service has continuously calling on my mobile for payment approx Rs 11000/-.

I have also phoned to his customer care no. and mailed on customer care email id for complaint. His customer care executive has told, your complaint has noted and we will forward to respective division and investigate the same and revert bank to you.

But I am receiving rapidly phone call and sms from from bank collection department that you have to pay due amount. I have tired his call and SMS.

You are requested to kindly advice me what I do.

ABOUT 1 MONTHS BACK I HAVE GIVEN MY DOCUMENTS FOR THE PLATINUM CREDIT CARD OF BARCLAY BANK, BUT SO FAR I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING AND NO INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED TO ME SO FAR.

JUST CALL ME & INFORM ME THE STATUS OF THE SAME.

Myself Sandeep dua i m using barclay credit card. My credit card number is [protected]. I have not received any credit card statement from Barclay bankto till date from the issue of my card . Barclay bank has been sending credit cards statement and sms on my email id and my mobile since 3 months. Bank customer care service has continuously calling on my mobile for payment approx Rs 15000/-. But no one sending me any statement and just tell me outstading ammount is this now.

I have also phoned to his customer care no. and mailed on customer care email id for complaint. His customer care executive has told, your complaint has noted and we will forward to respective division and investigate the same and revert bank to you.
But I am receiving rapidly phone call and sms from from bank collection department that you have to pay due amount.

You are reequestedto kindly advie me what i do.

I have following complain against Barclaycard india.

1. Without my concern they entered my name as a priority circle and charged Rs. 5610.
2. Don't send bill statement but asked to pay the above money with interest.
3. I requested them for Delivery of Proof for the bill but they unable to send the delivery of Proof.
4. Without my concern they registerd my name as a e-statement.

This is to state you that you have charged Rs 500 for late payment, which is totally unfair, as I ve deposited the cheque on 26th of Sep in moti nagar drop box, but drop box was not cleared till 30th, so that is not my fault, its your fault why should I be penalized for that, I ve been making payment always on time, & for small payment of Rs 553 why will I delay, you are charging Rs 500, which iam not going to pay, I know the practice of you card people, you deliberately do this unfair practices so that you can earn interest on it but I wont give this matter up, bcause its not my fault & I if you wont reverse it, next mails would be to higher authorities . So pls check into you’re a/cs & reply back to me asap.

I am holding barclays credit card on saturday (16th may) i got a call from your end regarding the paynment and i told your executive that i have to check out with my office regarding the issue and he told me i will send the executive to your office for the payment on monday and i asked him to confirm with me before sending the executive. On saturday the 16th may i droped the cheque of Rs. 22600/ and today (18th may) i am geting a call from your executive Miss. Shobha from the telephone no- [protected] and she was really very rude and started blaiming me why you have called the executive and raised her volume and she gave a call at my office and told my P.A that you have to face the consequences. If i have to face the harrasment like this then i refuse to carry on the services .

we gave chequ for 24dec after chequ clyer we have no mor dues
pls canferm.. with in two days
