DEAR SIR/ MADAM, I HAD APPLIED BARCLAY CARD, BUT I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE TO GET THIS, I HAD A VERY BAD IMPRESSION ON BARCLAYS WORKING. AS I HAD MAKE A PAYMENT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD NO.[protected] ON 27/05/08 OF RS 500.00 AND I GET STATEMENT THAT PREVIOSLY I PAID EXTRA RS.25.00 THAT WAS DEDUCTED IN THIS STATEMENT AS I HAVE TO PAY RS.487.50 AND I DEPOSITED MY CHEQUE NO.069126 DT.14/06/08 OF RS.487.50 AND AFTER THAT I HAD ANOTHER TRANSACTION OF RS.1000.00 ON 05/06/08 FOR PETROL AND I GET A NEW STATEMENT OF THAT INCLUDES (PR.BAL)RS.487.50 + (CUR. BAL)RS.1025.00+(INT.) RS.582.45 THAT MAKES A TOTAL OF RS. 2094.95. WHEN I RING UP TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AT[protected], THEY TOLD ME THAT INT.IS CHARGED ON LATE PAYMEMENT, WHEN I ASKED HIM THAT I HAD PAID RS.487.50, HE TOLD THAT CHEQUE IS INVALID, I DIDN'T GET ANY CHEQUE RETURNED BACK TO ME, WHEN I CHECK MY BANK BALANCE ON SAME DAY THAT WAS RS.1, 00, 000.00. IS THIS IS NOT A NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR BANKING STYLE . MONEY IS NOT THE MATTER, MATTER IS INCONVINIENCE AND NEGLIGENCE . WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE IF HAD ALREADY PAY MY BALNCE AND THIS IS NOT FAIR I HAVE TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS AS CUSTOMER I HAVE A RIGHT TO DO IT. KINDLY LOOK INTO MATTER OTHER WISE I HAVE TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO H.O AND OTHER SUPERIORS. Was this information helpful? | |
