Pathetic Services-Drop Boxes not working

As i told customer care several times that i tried to make the payment on time (Plz check the Cheque date- atleast which shows my intentions were right) but failed because few of the skypak drop boxes were not working.i.e. shopes were closed. I visited Electrocom in Ashok Vihar and Skypak Services in Tolstoy Marg, CP three times each in hope that i will be able to find them open some day but they were closed. Later, on investigation (neighbourhood shopkeepers told me that) i found that they have closed the operations. S

The fault is not on my side but on Bank side as they failed to provide right information about correct and operational skypak drop boxes on time, even in reply to call i asked to send the collection executive, bank replied that since its a new bank and they are unable to provide the collection executive.
On Receiving the nearest operational drop box information (after the due date) i immediately made the payment as always carried the cheque in my pocket.
As i don't know how to use online transactions and never had used before. I don't even have the internet pin and password for my bank account.
Considering the above facts you have to waive off the late payment fee I used it only once and after that stopped using it because of above issue.
In Case if above issue is not solved immediately then i have the option to move out to Consumer Court on continuous harassment.
How can you charge late payment fee on late payment charges even though the fault is on bank side?
I am amazed to see that they are still sending me the monthly statement with late payment over late payment.
I am ready to settle this late payment fee issue once for all, send me the full and final settlement as i am ready to surrender my card.

i was going through the review for ur bank from the many credit card holder .in general all of them are having the same problem that is LATE PAYMENT FEE CHARGED.i am also one of them who is suffering from the same problem.the due date for my card was 09th June 2008, I dropped the chque on 04th june 2008 in sky pak drop box located at chanda service station bahadur shah zafar marg near delhi gate.i think this is sufficient time to get cleared the cheque .But quite surprisingly when i saw the latest statement which i got recenty, it is charged against the late payment recieving . sir it's not i m using ur credit card only i hav of some other bank's also .i never had any problem with them in terms of service. i understand ur bank is new in india. it takes time to get adjusted .several times i called to custome care thre also they were not able to sholve the problem.
i think this is not a very big problem which cannot be solved by such a big organisation so please see the matter and try to waive off the late payment fee and other charges
