Barclay Credit Card — card not receive

dear sir,
myself prashant kotkar applied for barclay credit card and after some days there was a call for me from yours center that you will got the card within 2 to 3 days .after some days there was a call for me from courier services that they are reach near by to my residence, but i had tell him that nobody was at home so please send it to my office but after that no call to me or no mail to me. i had send two mail but no replay to for the same.this conversation had done 3 and half month before.
so please do the arrengement to send to me.if there was any misuse of the same i will not responsible for that.

Credit Card — Barclay Credit Card not Received

Hi,

My credit card not delivered from last 8 moths. But statment is every month delivered reguler.
As i call in cust. care they said me always " Your card will be delivered with in 10 days". They call me for the payment but why should I payment ?

I am holding barclays card and I am not getting the statement of it and the execative call me every day to make the payment even without seeing it.

after requesting for it they say we will send you in 48 Hrs.

and those "48hrs." will never come

This is DINESH KUMAR JAIN and I was applied for a fresh new credit card on 15th April, 2008 but now till date i was not received the credit card from barclay bank, and even they are not saying me the status of my credit card and also then are not providing me any refence number. On 15th April, 2008 I was given my document to a AGent of barclay bank, his name is SUMIT AND SIMRAN and his number is "[protected]" and "[protected]" and "[protected]" and also SUMIT PROVIDE ME HIS PERSONAL MOBIEL NUMBER "[protected](but now when i call him disc the call after receiving and mostly switch off) I was given my all proof like passport copy and pan card copy(self attested) and also sigend application form. So, sir please help me to provide me the credit card from barclay bank.

Barclay Bank — long time delay in a/c opening

i give rs. 1000 cheque for new a/c opening in aug 07 & this cheque is clear from my a/c of bank of maharastra at 10 sep 07 but i do not get any information till 20 may 08.

it almost 15 dyas past but notyhing is been happen.

Barclay Bank — Saving Account

Dear Sir

I applied for saving account in last week of April’08. I had submitted all essential documents. My account has opened and my login password received but my welcome kit is not yet received because banking person misprinted my address. I have requested to your banker many 30 times but they are not trying to deliver my kit even they tell lie. Your customer cares persons providing services are absolutely ridiculous.

Mr Anand team leader in Delhi (India) branch (Phone No.[protected] handling my query and I am unable to understand who appointed this person. This person is a big question mark on your recruiting procedure. He tells lie and he is not responsible person. I am coordinating with this irresponsible person for last 15 days for my kit but did not received my kit

This is my heartiest request I do not want make relationship with this kind of banking so please returned my 1000 Rs
If you retuned my money I shall very thankful to you otherwise I will go to consumer court

I applied for an Barclay credit card and they sent it through ExpressIT courier to my Office address. Since I wasn't available, so that Send it on my office or my home address immediately.

I have taken Barclay Bank loan. I am having problem in closing the loan. According to me this is the worst bank in INDIA as handling the customer is concerned. Customer care people are the waste fellows, they don’t have basic knowledge about the finance/bank. They have some common dialogue and hobbit of reading that.

It is the worst bank in terms of service to the customer .I have thier c.card. Even after paying on time i get a late fee, when i complain to the customer care they asure me of prompt action but there is no action till date and 3 months have pased since then.

Yes I have got a credit card but I didn't get pin number for that card to take out the cash from the bank. Even I called up barcklay bank customer care so many times for that but I didn't receive any pin number & nobody has curtosy to call up & tell about this.
