I have UPS Base-BTO 650 Offline.
Sir there is battery problem in ups that Serial no. is (C600SQKS10l15637).
I am sale it on 13/Dec/2011
I am register complaint in yours service Centre and Complaint no. is (CN2GZB52747)
But Yours Service Engineer Says this Ups crossed 18 months and yours battery is not replaced that's not true.
So I am request you Please Replace My UPS Battery Immediately.
Sir I am purchase 3 UPS same date from
M/S Shree Ganga Battery Products India.
Address :- 8/3 additional Sihani Gate Ambedkar marg ghaziabad.
Tax Invoice No. is 124,

This is an important mail regarding my base battery .
Few days ago I registered a complaint about my battery under complaint no. 45852 since then I have made many calls to the toll free no. but instead of giving any assistance they forward me to nearest service centre. I had no problem with this until any service provider would come to my residence and solve my problem. But if nobody comes to solve my problem as it was assured by the company's BPO I had to make a call again and same thing repeats that your nearest service provider will assist you within 24hrs.
Kindly tell me what to do.
I am totally frustrated from this procedure.So I am request you Please Replace My UPS Battery Immediately.

Dear friends I am dinesh[protected] from chennai i recently purchased BASE battery(Bs No 012328) 3 month ago and now it is not working properly please don't buy base battery. My kind request to all of them, they don't have any service if you buy you will face this same problem its not good quality battery, so i made a compliant in BASE (NO CSO CHE 72522). But there are no guarantee or satisfaction given by them.
