[Resolved]  Bata power shoes — Misappropriation & Fraud of Customer Money at Bata Dealer

Swapping of SBI Debit Card at Bata Authorized Shoe Dealer ROHIT RETAIL OUTLET, Shop No. 3 , Mayur Complex , Kothrud , PUNE[protected] for Purchase of Bata Product : Power Shoes - deliberately owner have 2/3 times Swapped SBI Debit Card for Single Transaction laid to withdraw money from my saving account more than Bill Amount . As such Rs.1500/- withdrawn in place of Rs.500/-. After that Bata Outlet Owner of Shop not co operating to show his bank account for cross account entry check. As Such misappropriation of sales transaction by owner of Bata Authorized Dealer result into Customer money fraud.

Bata Dealer Rohit Retail Outlet, not only shows non corporation and even not ready to give his written statement for Rs.1500/- crediting to his account.

This is very very serious offence by misappropriation of customer money for purchasing BATA PRODUCT.
