[Resolved]  Bata/power Shoe — DEFECTIVE SOLE

I HAVE PURCHASED BATA POWER SHOES ON 27.08.2010 FROM BATA INDIA LTD Mujawar bldg 1749 Kirloskar Road BELGAUM-590001 under receipt No.-027734 for Rs 999/-alongwith two pairs of chappals. I was shocked to notice the soles of both shoes detached and cut within two months of purchase.As I am staying 150 kms away from the store I visited the store with the complaint on19.11.2010.and the storekeeper informed me that only repairs will be made and no replacement is possible.I have left the shoes with the store. Please instruct the store to replace shoes immdtly.
