[Resolved]  BBMP, Bangalore — Garbage Disposal & Collection at Tank Shore Road, BTM Layout, 2nd Stage, Bangalore-76

I am a resident of Btm layout 2nd stage, behind madeshawara bustand, 14th cross, 29 th main, Off late, it has been seen that the road has become a dumping ground for garbage all over. At around 3-4 places, the BBMP garbage collectors dump the garbage in 15th cross, 16th cross, 14th cross etc . The garbage is dumped beside the park behind MES school, btm layout and also the garbage is dumped beside the ideal school, btm layout, This garbage then becomes a favorite spot for animals, dogs, mosquitoes & other insects. This leads to the garbage getting spread all over the road at various places. This has made the road so dirty, filthy, foul smell & unhygienic. When it rains the garbage is mixed with rain hence people gets sick with deadly diseases. The atmosphere smells foul all the time & it has become such a big mess to walk on the roads as there are dogs all the time & garbage is all on the road. The garbage pick up lady visits our locality both 14 th and 15th cross, 29th main, btm 2nd stage, on every 3rd day, very often she does not come for 3 or 4 days. The garbage bags are kept piled in front of houses in the hope that the workers will come and collect the same till they start stinking. I request the authorities to take urgent action so that the garbage is picked up regularly and the garbage lady does not demand money regularly from rsidents . So its my humble request to you to please take some strict action against the garbage ladies who demands money all the time from the residents.Also its unhealthy for childrens around this area since schools and park are beside.
