From today we are not in position to use the telephone. The number is totally inactive and incoming/ outgoing facility is totally stopped. However, we are getting the internet connection.

WE HAVE PURCHASE 3 BEETEL LANDLINE PHONES BUT AFTER 2-3 MONTH THEY BECOME DEFECTIVE. SO SEND THESE PHONES TO THE BEETEL SERVICE CENTER IN JAMMU.(KARAN MARKET).IN SPITE OF REGULAR VISIT & ENQUIRY ABOUT IT WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY CORRECT INFORMATION. NOW IT IS GOING TO ABOUT 4TH MONTH .SO, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE STEP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO REMOVE DELAY.
