Dear sir/madam This is Mr Narasinha Sahu of Berhampur, Odisha would like to inform you that i have purchased a Beetel Full touchscreen Duel sim Phone, Model No-GD777 on 1st April 2007 through Home Shop 18. And i received the same from North India Top Company(p) Ltd bearing invoice no-BAR/042012/4476, dated-1st April 2012 on 6th April 2012 in COD mode. I used the handset till 7th May 2012 without any problem. On 8th May some problem arised like phone restarts by itself & touchscreen not worked, thats why as my phone is under warranty i submited it at our local Beetel authorised service centre OM MOBILE CARE,BERHAMPUR,ODISHA, on 8th April 2012. After receiving my handset the above mentioned service centre given me an acknowledgement with a Call Id OM2-BM[protected]DW,dated-8th May 2012, 1:30pm. My IMEI Nos are [protected] & [protected]. And Warranty is upto 5th May 2013. But 4 month is going to complete, my problem could not be solved. More than 50 times i visited to service centre to receive my mobile,but no results came. Finally he gave me a mobile no of a company person bearing mobile number [protected] to solve the matter i also talk with him more than 20times,but every time the concerned person assures me to solve the matter but no action taken till date. So in mean time i suffered a lot and today i purchased a new mobile handset. So kindly help me to refund my amount Rs2999/- which was paid by me at the time of purchase.
