[Resolved] Bescom, Bangalore — Prolonged Power Cut | |||
I am staying in Munnekolala, Marathalli, Bangalore..My complain is against Bescom Bangalore for undue power cut. Today (17th July 2010) there is around 10 Hrs of power cut..I am giving the statistics of power cut happened today. 1Am-6 Am 9:30 AM-10:30 AM 12 PM- 1 PM 6:30 PM- 9:30 PM I called the tollfree number of Besom . First they use to say it is load shading and will come within 1 hour. After 1 hour they say put your complaint and we will convey your message to respective department. Then they start saying power will come within 10 minutes. Then next time you call they start saying the same thing that power will be there within 30 minutes. I tried to call local office. There phone always shows busy.By chance if they pick the phone they show very rustic behaviour. I then tried to call the Jee. This person can't understand Hindi or English. He also plays the same game of saying that power will come within next few minutes but power never come for hours. Even this Jee is very harsh while talking. Most of the time I have been told that there is problem in line and they are trying to fix. I observed a little rain is making the thing worsen.I rarely stays at daytime in weekdays. But when I stays at home in weekends I noticed such ridiculously high power cut. This is my second complain against Munnekolala (Marathahalli) Bescom branch.Last week also same thing happened and I put complain. but I found o change. So this is my sincere request to take necessary action against the officials of BESCOM who are responssible for such negligence and those who are damaging the image of beautiful city Bangalore.. It was actually notified in all the newspapers that there will be load shedding close to 10 hours in many areas...those authorities know only Kannada and its best way to converse with them in local language to get prompt replies.
