Bhaap.com — I receive different product from my order | |||
I have order Bergner 3 Piece Non-Stick Teflon Cookware Set on Bhaap.com website, date 15th of August 2012. I have paid full amount through my credit card. But after 10 days I was shock to see that product which I receive. That was local Katrina make cook and serve 3rd grade set. I feel they have cheated me. It seems like they have shipped WHAT EVER was available with them...
No Customer Care Number is available...
Wrote couple of e-mails to them but no response...
I sincerely doubt on the genuineness of this online shopping portal...
The authorities should investigate about this as numbers of people are getting deceived.
