[Resolved] Bhaap.com — PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED - PAYMENT ALREADY MADE | |
I have placed an order with Bhaap.com vide order #[protected]placed on April 3, 2012 12:40:23 PM IST) for Sony DRPQ7iP PIIQ Headphones with Volume Controls (Red). Payment had already made to the company for Rs.990.00 inclusive taxes (online payment). They confirmed the order on email and the amount was also debited from my account. They have not sent me the product and are not replying to any emails. Their address mentioneD is : Corporate Information Bhaap. But till today, after repeated reminders and requests, neither I have received the item nor any refund has been made to me. Either this company is fraud or making fool of innocent people by saying they provide cheapest items. There is no contact details of the company on its website, No Phone Number, No email ID or any ID of any responsible Official from Bhaap.com who can be contacted. Was this information helpful? | |

I same is the case with me. I have spoken to my credit card company. They have promised to take action against the retailer on my behalf. Speak to your credit card company tell them the whole case they will help you in this.

can you please give me their bank account number to find out their details ( on this domain only) . we can actually make complaint to the visa and master for tracking their whereabouts .
I placed an Order at Bhaap.com on July 9, 2012 and got the Following Confirmation from Bhaap.com :

We did say that we would ship by now and unfortunately we have been unable to keep that promise for reasons out of our control. We have edged closer to having your product shipped to you and are confident it will be done by the end of the week.
Nevertheless, if you are unwilling to wait, we will offer you a full refund. Please note the refund will take 3 weeks to process by which time you would have already received your product. I do understand this has been a frustrating transaction, but it is a once off which we have made sure will not happen again.
