For our telephone 27704643 we are not able to register STD dynamic lock.
Please advise the procedure to register the lock facility.
Please also advise the procedure for reregistration in case we forget the existing lock number.

BHEL — STD and Internet facilty
I have shifted my Residence from Balanagar to Bagh Amberpet on 29, May 08. Accordingly my Telephone at Balanagar (N0:[protected] was shifted to Bagh Amberpet and I was given a new No:[protected]. With the new N0:, I am not able to make STD calls, nor able to connect to Internet. My earlier Phone[protected] was having these facilities. When I am trying to complain this problem through 198 or 23 77 21 98, I am getting a message thay cable is faulty. This is wrong, because I am able to make local cal;ls through 27 40 80 92. Please proide the solution to my problem
