[Resolved]  Bhubaneswar Engineering College — Refund of admission fees and certificate

my son had taken admission in this college through counselling on 1-09-08.The college started its classes on the[protected].On 6-09-08 he decided to quit . I had given a letter to the concerned authorities about it and asked them to refund the fees and certificates which they had kept during admission.As according to AICTE public advertisement number AICTEDPG[protected] when a student decides to quit before the commensement of classes the institution is supposed to refund the admission fees and i had quit before commensement of classes which was on 15-09-08.After that i had called the concerned authorities but in vain they simply said that they will not refund the money and as for the certificates they will give certificates only after i had paid 4 years fees. During admission i had paid Rs 85000 .This year i have a chance to get admission in a college of my choice and i am in need of the certificates and the money.Please help me out of this
