I too have a similar issue. I purchased a 1.5 ton Koryo split A/c in June of last year and the installation was terrible. Then I complained and a supervisor ? by name of Vishwa came and re-did the installation. I paid him for it. He then returned at a later date to re-route all the refrigerant pipes properly for which also I paid. Everything seemed OK until I found when the warmer weather came, the cooling was just not there. I have been trying to reach this Vishwa (who advised me to call him if there is any problem) and he was picking up my call each time promising me to come but to-date has NOT come. Now. lately he disconnects my call as I have caught his bluff on 5 occassions where I have taken time from my work to be at home when he comes. Yesterday, he said he was within 5minutes of my home and never showed up and further did not pick up my calls and when I called from another number he answered and then disconnected when I asked him why he didnt come yesterday. I find this total experience very unprofessional and very rude. Furthermore, I have posted a complaint in the ezone website and have not received any response. I just need someone to check the refrigerant level and fill it.. Is this too much to ask for a brand new unit that I have really never enjoyed.
