Recently on Saturday 19/02/2011 I have purchase some products including undergarments from Big Bazaar Malad (West). All the products I have purchased is correctly but by mistake the undergarment size I took of 95 instead of 85. On 21/02/2011 I went to the Big Bazaar Malad west to exchange the size but they have refused to exchange it saying as per their policy undergarments are not exchanged. This is very poor service where a customer purchase a new product and when he wants to exchange the new product the Big bazaar officials are not exchanging. On speaking the offcial said on the bill it is clearly written undergarments are not exchanged but I have not checked clearly the product and paid the bill. On returning home I checked the size, it was 95.
Nowadays old products are exchanged for new product by paying extra money but Big bazaar officials are not exchanging the new product brought.
Please take this issue seriously and need to take proper action so that the other customers are not affected. The customers are paying money for the product buying for themselves, if by mistake the product purchased wrongly then they should throw the product. This is very wrong attitude towards consumer.
