I had purchased amounting Rs.3000/= plus and get the recharge of 80/- for DOCOMO. I do not have no. at that time. after a lapse of 40 days i went to your counter for recharging but the refused as the print on bill is removed. I asked the customer service manager, he said we can't do anything as print is not able to read. why the print is faint when I asked he "aadmi mer jata he ye to print he" any way pl ask your man to reply properly.
