BIG BAZAAR — Return of money
This is in context to Cash Memo No.T15/54332, Dated 23/02/2011, Time12:30:23, Cash :Sumaun. I had purchased items of Rs.1374 , where I paid the cashier two no.s of Rs.1000, where he returned me one Rs.100, one Rs.20, five 1 Re coins & one milkybar chocolate.I remember he had asked the person beside him to give him a change of thousand bug, but in the meanwhile as I was in a hurry & a T24 representative came hopping to me to convince for the same, where I got distracted & forgot to take the Rs.500 more in return.
Thereafter, I went to the customer care desk today and spoke to Miss Namrata, whom I told the story. She tried to query from all sources and reported me at last that the cashier who was dealing me yesterday is absent , , the accounts department said there is a shortfall of Rs. 40 for the same date and the cash transaction cannot be visible in the CCTV.
Now my point is that I am a regular client of Big Baazar where each & every commodity is purchased from your store. This type of mistake from my end has happened for the first time & I had expected the cashier to be very loyal, but my expectation was all wrong. there are many people who don't even bother to count back the money returned, as they also have similar good faith as I had.
My request to you is to investigate the matter and do the needful for the same.

BIG BAZAAR — Non Refund of Money
Dear,I am writing you here because of very unsatisfactory and rude response from Big Bazar (Riverside, Lucknow).
There is a case of double swapping of Rs.1, 025/- dated on 2nd of May 2009, in the same regard when I contacted to customer care of Big Bazar (Riverside, Lucknow) they asked me to come again after few days. When I went back there they people again asked me to come after few days the reason which was given by them that the concern person is very busy so you can’t meet him today. Infect that day he noted down few details of the transaction. After 3 days I went back their again but the response was same. I asked him to call the concern person but that gentleman told that you can’t meet him you have to give all details to me. I told him that I already given all details to another person but he said he is on leave 2day so you have to give all the details again. I gave him all the details and after that response was same “come after 3-4 days.”
When I went back again the person told me to wait for 10 minutes. I waited for more then 40 minutes on the customer service desk but nobody came. When I gave my intro to that gentleman, he called some one from account department. The person came down and I was surprised that he was totally not aware with my case. I told him again the whole story. He gave me a letter and asked me to give this to the Branch Manager of my Bank. I told him that my account is not in Lucknow branch, it is with fatehgarh branch which is almost 300km away from lucknow, but he told that this is the only way.
I went to Bank of India (Fatehgarh Branch) and show the letter to branch manager. He himself start findings the details regarding the transaction. After checking all the accounts he said that the money is credited in Big Bazar account and there in no return form their Big Bazar side. He gave me the letter dated on 18/06/09 in the same regard with transaction details in which the transaction code is also mentioned.
I came back and gave that letter to Big Bazar (Riverside, Lucknow) and they people start doing the same act again “come after 3-4 days”.
Still there is no revert from their end. So I am requesting you to please look in to this matter because its more then 2 months and there is no result. Plz guide me what should i do.
