On 14th august,a special promotion was going on at E-Zone, Jayanagar ,Bangalore ,where a big flix representative explained to me that we had to pay the rental only and not any deposit. This was the offer.I was made to fill up a form and pay 375.00 to the cash counter for which i was given a vat invoice cash memo no t11/1928.I was told i will recieve an activation message on my mobile in 2 days.After it did not come for a few days ,i have made several calls to there call centre and have escalated the matter also.On 14th sept ,i recieve a call from their operations manager one Mr.Rajeev,who stated that i should persue the matter with e zone for they have not recd this payment.Is it the duty of the customer to find out why vendors appointed by Big Flix have not paid them,He insisted that it not their responsibily to collect payments from there outlets? God alone knows what happens to there collection.He also stated that they not keen on expanding their customer base. Then why the promotion.I have spent many man hours complaining as everytime the answer would be we will look into it and call and call would never come.
This is Relaince ,where every staff is so arrogant that they dont give any response to customer complaints.They cant solve a simple problem of collecting money from there own appointed dealers and ask their customers to do so .They are also willing to antogonise the customer but not take up work which can solve the problem in minutes.
Be careful with dealing with Big Flix.They are not equipped to service their clients as they have sub standard systems and a management which does not care about its customers. Was this information helpful? |
