BigFlix — Availability of titles
I have been using bigflix movie rental service from last 2.5 years it is very disaapointing that there are several movies titles which are available in market & with other movie rental services like (seventy mm & movie mart) but these movie titles are still unavailable with bigflix whenever I call customer care they always have a standard answer we will provide you with your desired movies asap but there is no resolution to this problem till date, today i got a pirated DVD delivered by bigflix which included the movies that are not available with bigflix now bigflix is trying to satisfy its customer by wrong means. Bigflix is not delivering what they promise.I don't want to continue my membership with bigflix this pathetic movie rental service.
Well, this is 2018 and I still suffer from this issue of auto debit from Bigflix.

Yes. They are cheaters for sure. But specific to the problem there seems to be a solution.
1. Go to Google Play.
Make sure you are logged in the same google account through which you downloaded Bigflix.
2. Instead of going to 'subscriptions', as mentioned by Bigflix in their FAQ, go to 'payment methods'
3. Go to 'more payment setting'
4. you would be redirected to google payment page.
5. tap on the menu (three horizontal lines on left top)
6. Tap on subscriptions & services
7. You will see the Bigflix subscription, there.
8. Go to 'Manage'
9. Cancel the subscription.
Or
As Google Play help suggests,
Simply uninstalling the app from the Google account would automatically cancel the subscription.

Thanks a lot for posting this Step by Step Process. I was feeling trapped in this BigFlix Subscription Thing. I had subscribed to it during the 1st Lockdown in 2020 with the hope that it will be helpful during these stressful times.
But instead of reducing the stress it only further increased it. I was not able to watch any movie, yet I was being charged Rs. 50/- month. Although, it is not a big amount... but then I started feeling why should I pay for it.
Eventually, I decided to unsubscribe.. I did all that I could do but never found a mechanism to subscribe until I found your post. I did follow step by step and it worked.
I am so much relaxed now.

Hi, when I login to bigflix its asked me to enter credit card details for 1 month free and they will deduct aed 7.29 from my account on 14 sep 2020.
There are no new movies and there is no option for deactivate the account.please deactivate my account.
Please dont play with your customer money.

BigFlix — bad customer service and poor delivery
I have subscribed the service since september and have been recieving movies in a 2 dvd plan.During the time of sign up no one told me that the service would be so erratic and the movies would not be coming as per my queue but only at their sweet will..there are 25 plus movies in my queue...and any movie comes.so if i put a kids movie for the weekend, , , it would definitely not come.it was a dissapointing experience as i signed up for a full year and now i am regtretting.I was greatly hassled when movies stopped coming and they didnt come for 8 full days...sending e mails, , , calling up each day ...gave no results...till today (its 20 days) and no personnel has called me and resolved my issue.i have gone and exchanged movies from the store but no official has called me .it is crazy, , , when i have paid for a service and i am not getting it.
I would never be a repeat customer and would advise all against subscribing to it.do not go for any gimmick they pose because they are all false promises...
