Billdesk — retained money and not paid to KMC or me

Dear Billdesk ,

The reply sent by you is self contradictory:

1. On April 2,2012 You had mentioned "The below mentioned payment has been successfully processed from our end through transaction reference number MSBI[protected] for Rs.9576.52 on 31.03.12."
2. After that no communication has been sent to me till July 4,2012 until I highlighted the matter and demanded receipt.

3. On 5th July you have replied "We have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund for the mentioned payment has been initiated at their end with ID MSBI[protected]. It will take 5-7 working days to credit the amount in your account."

4. Today you have mentioned " it was not a real time sucess tranasation hence it got refunded "

There is big contradictions in the replies sent by you and I suspect something very fishy about the same.

1. Why was it said that the it has been successfully processed on April 2 mentioned in Point no 1 ?
2. Why was no communication sent to me about failure if it was not real time success and refunded ?
3. Why was the refund not processed and set back to me immediately and fraudulently held back for 4 months ?
4 Why was I kept in dark for approximately 4 months?
5. On 5th July why wrong information was sent that "We have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund for the mentioned payment has been initiated at their end with ID MSBI[protected]. It will take 5-7 working days to credit the amount in your account.
6. Kindly confirm whether the biller has ever received the money or not ?
7. What is the refund date from the biller?
8. Kindly provide me with the confirmation from the biller that they have initiated a refund procedure after 5th July.
9. Kindly also provide me the contact details of your higher authorities as I wish to escalate the matter since I am due to incur financial penal loss due to the lapses mentioned above.
10. You have conveniently kept silent on my submission of penal actions and losses I would suffer, Kindly mention your stand and what remedial action you suggest in this regard.
11. I sincerely urge you to settle the mess created asap as the sequence of events suggest clear cut Deficaincy in service, misrepresentation of facts and fraud which qualify legal remedies.
