I agree with u. It's a fraud their no is not working. Every time customer care is busy n they ask you to leave the no, so they will revert back but since a week I'm trying no call is received.
I got a product which is damaged, since then I've written 10 mails n several calls. But didn't get any response

We understand your frustration with the delay of the shipment. Please consider the following:
1. We were shifting our warehouse from our original place to a new place for reasons of expansion, and we made it public on our Facebook wall as well as Bindaas wall. For that reason, we had declared a delivery time of 8 - 11 working days (instead of our regular 5 - 7 working days).
2. You placed the order on Sep 5. If you add 11 working days to that, you get Sep 18 as the delivery date (by removing Sundays and Eid on Sep 10).
3. The package was delivered to you on Sep 21. It was delayed by 2 working days. We apologise for the delay.
4. Please note that we responded to your ticket quickly and sent you the product that we promised. So except for the delay of 2 working days, we did nothing wrong.
We strive to fulfill our promise to our customers, but there are some things that are beyond our control. We will try to do better in the future. We request you to keep an open mind.
