Blaze Flash Courier — Stolen Items

Sir,

My father had booked a parcel on 4th of January, with Blaze Flash and their on line tracking system showed that it was delivered to me on 14th. However after repeated calls and persistence it was delivered on 18th of january.

As I was in my class, it was received by the security guard of my hostel in IIT Kanpur. When I opened it, some costly items were missing. When I contacted the delivery person, Amit ([protected]) he was arrogant and rude. Further, he asked me to collect the missing items next day and disconnected.


Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
