[Resolved]  Blazeflash Courier — Loss of Courier

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that I (Anil Sadana) from Delhi was supposed to receive a courier from a friend of mine, who stays in Lucknow about 3 months back and haven't received it yet as these courier people has lost it and are not even to trace that.

I tried tracing them initially but they never responded to my mails not even to my calls. Then later on i was made to speak to one of their Lucknow Regional Head (Mr. Vijay Gupta, [protected]). Initially, he asked me to fill up the compensation form and he will process my compensation in a weeks time but now it has been more than a month now and it's still not resolved and moreover, he has stop taking my calls even.

Therefore, i wnat you people to look into this matter and get my issue resolved.
