I sent 2 rakhis, chocolates and other miscellaneous items through blazeflash to my brother in hyderabad, complete with company name, employee id etc. on 20th july and when he didn't receive it for 5-6 days we tracked the shipment that showed that parcel was already delivered to some company in bangalore. so we contacted blazeflash people and they gave us a phone number of mr. yogesh in bangalore SR nagar who was rude enough to tell us that it wasn't his job to answer us where our parcel was. and after an arguement he challenged us he would make sure that we can't ever get our stuff and nor we can receive any compensation for the stuff lost. we again complained at delhi uttam nagar office and we were assured that the parcel would be delivered before rakhi but nothing happened. so instead of an apology from the company's end we got the hell of a rude behaviour from their employees who can't even read addresses and deliver wherever they want. now i want the company to reimburse me for my stuff worth rs 2500 and its a request for all of those who read this post to not use this courier line where people cant even differentiate between two states and turn abusive if a mistake happens at their end.
