[Resolved] Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Misplaced the item sent through the courier | |
I had sent a courier dated 14.04.2009 to Jaipur, the POD no. is[protected]. The packet that was delivered to the mentioned address did not contain the item (stitched blouse piece), the complaint of mishandling was made to the local office in Indore. Again a letter dated 09.07.2009 was given for reminder of the case. Again on 19.08.2009 another letter was sent through Register AD to the corporate office in New Delhi, but no action was taken on my complaint. I had asked for the reimbursement of the item (Rs.700/-), but the company person (Mr. Manoj) told me that because the courier was delivered it was not their responsibility to give the reimbursement. But only when the courier was delivered we found that the packet was empty. Hence it is the fault of the courier services as they could not provide the full & complete services. Also, to solve the case Mr. Manoj gave me a cheque (864467) of Rs. 200/- of First Air Courier. Now when on one hand the company person is saying that they cannot reimburse me the amount and on the other hand they are giving a cheque of Rs. 200/- to close the issue. Hence I request you to intervene in the case and get me the amount of my lost courier and also the compensation. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |
