No fogging men is coming in our chawl as it is coming on roadside not in our area due to heavy rain the average of mosquitos had been increased as it is dangerous to the health of resident.

I am resident of Andheri east and regularly driving two wheeler. Andheri Kurla road is Concretised immediately next year after 26th july flood and within few months immediately it has been dug for metro work. Due to Metro work is on in east and in west, east to west bridge work is going on; Presently road condition in Andheri is really bad and are pathetic unpredictably filled with potholes. You can travel through any road Andheri to Kurla/ western express Highway/Sv road; all are similarly bad.

It is understood that due to construction work road dimensions has to be reduced but it doesn’t mean whatever accessible road should be kept in such a pathetic condition which may lead to accidents. Its really big first question that who has invented use of pathetic paver blocks on most busy road .Before installing Paverblocks no one has taken pain to level the ground which lead to level difference in concrete road and paverblock .
Secondly though now rains are over still you will find bad gutter water flooding Andheri Kurla road near western express highway which makes road slippery and due to unevenness with unseen pothole under dirty water lot of two wheelers slips. Even walking on roads is not possible. Now a days even getting autorickshaw or BUS is most difficult adventure. Due to traffic congestion four wheeler remains out of question.

Its really not understood whether BMC/MMRDA is responsible for maintain this roads? or BMC/MMRDA waiting for someone’s death to happen due to bad road. People want amenities in near future but not at loosing the life of someone in present.
Please……… now rains are over ; take some action.

awake and do some work, elections arrived!!!.atleast for this do something, or be shameless like past.

We are staying in Vile Parle east on Ram mandir road. The fogging person for mosquitoes is not coming to our premises for the last 4 months. My son was detected for Dengue last fortnight. The person doing the fogging work only used to come when I paid him Rs. 100/. Is this service ( Fogging ) payable? If so where do we pay the money ? Please look into the matter at your level or else I have to write to the BMC commissioner.

WE HAD COMPLAIN THIS MATTER TO THE DEPARTMENT ON THE PHONE .ACTION WAS TAKEN BUT WAS TEMPORARY.A LOT OF MUCK IS CREATED WHICH IS INFESTED WITH FLIES & MOSQUITOES, ..NEARBY PEOPLE ARE FALLING SICK. ALL BHAJIWALLAHS, ICECREAMWALLAHS PUT THEIR STOCKS ON THE ROAD&SELL MATERIALS IN OUR LANE AFTER 4 PM CREATING LOT OF MUCK, SMELL, DIRTYNESS ALL AROUND.(COMPLAIN NO [protected]).NO ACTION IS BEEN TAKEN.JUST OPP OUR PREMISES ON STEEP SLPOPE PERSON SELLING CHICKEN & FISH, AS HE DOESN’T OWN ANY LICENCE FOR THE SAME…HAS HARRASES US A LOT, ALL CHICKEN BONES, FISH BONES ARE PUT IN DRAINAGE AND ARE THROWN OUTSIDE OUR PREMISES…WHICH IS A REAL TORCHUR FOR US… THE WATER IS CHOWKED UP AND AS THERE IS NO PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEM, ALL PLASTIC BAGS, DEAD ANIMALS ETC ARE SEEN OUTSIDE OUR PREMISES, AS THE SAME WE HAVE TO REMOVE THEM AT OUR OWN COST.

AS OUR PREMISES IS THE LAST PLONE IN THIS LANE, AND THE LANE OPP THAT IS THE SLOPE GOES TO SUBHASH NAGAR WHICH IS NOT A PART OF MIDC, A SMALL STAIRCASE ACESS HAS BEEN MADE REFER PICTURE NO 3, PEOPLE, DRUNKARDS, USE THIS ACESS AND USE THE OUTER SPACE FOR DRINKING AT NIGHTS, LOT OF FIGHTS QUARELLS HAPPEN AT NIGHT, SOME PEOPLE USE THIS ACESS & URINATE OUTSIDE OUR PREMISES AND WHEN OUR WATCHMEN TELLS THEM NOT TO DO SO, THEY INDULDE INTO A FIGHT. PROBLEM NO 5: TRIMMING OF TREES OUTSIDE OUR PREMISES.

AS OUR BUILDING IS AT THE LAST PLT IN THE LANE, BECAUSE OF STONES AND NON CLEANING OUTSIDE &YOUR REPAIR MATERIALS (WHEN SLOPE ROAD WAS DONE) ARE LYING THERE SINCE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, WE CANNOT ENTER THE PREMISES WITH VEHICLES..ANY PRSON VISITING US HAS TO WALK DOWN IN DIRTY MESS..KINDLY REFER PIC NO (6, 7, 8, 9)COMPLAINT NO [protected] DTD 13.6.2012 & COMPLINT NO [protected] DATED 13.6.2012 FOR REPAIRS MATERIAL KEPT OUTSIDE IE STONES ETC (REFER PIC NO 1)

MAIN PROBLEM: NO 7 : OUR COMPOND WALL IS LEAKING, AS THE NEIGHBOURING PLOT WHICH IS ENCROACHED BY HUTMENTS THROW MUCK DIRECTLY IN OUR COMPOUND.THEIR GUTTER SYSTEM IS SO BAD THAT THE WATER IS LEAKING AND COMING IN OUR PREMISES…THERE ARE NO SENSIBLE PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBOURING PLOT WHOM WE CAN SPEAK…ALL ARE MANNERLESS WE HAVE GIVEN LATEST COMPLAINT TO BMC ABOUT THIS OVER PHONE ON 7.4.13 AT 9.25AM COMPLAINT NO [protected]. TILL TODAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN taken yet.

In our area, water is not coming since 5-6 months, we have given complaint to BMC on 01.07.2022, and doing follow up for every weak, but no one is coming to resolve the matter.

This is the way the BMC work, we have given uncountable request through calls & visit, but they have not consider the matter.
