BMTC , bangalore — Rude behavior of conductor

Hi,

I have boarded a BMTC city bus at koramangala 1st block (171 stop). I tender Rs 10 for availing Rs 5 ticket( From 171 stop to Sony world junction). But he did not give the ticket and shouting at me with nonsense words.

Finally I fight for the ticket and he issued a ticket to me.

But worst thing is that he is scolding me for asking the ticket.

I asked him to give his controller's number and he dint give.

So is this complaint.

Please take actions for better BMTC and better service to public.

Details about bus conductor:
Bus Number: KA 01 F 2219
Start time from 171 stop 9.15 AM (approx.)
Date of journey:[protected]
Ticket number: No[protected]

Thanks,
Ramakrishna

BMTC — Rude conductor behavior

Dear Sir,

I am a sincere tax paying citizen of Bangalore employed in an IT firm. I regularly use BMTC Volvo buses for commuting.

In volvo buses on my route, one would commonly see well behaved IT crowd. Norm is to expect an equally well behaved conductor. However many a time, the conductors behave very rudely towards passengers. I have encountered situations where the conductor has rudely ordered passengers to get out of bus for as reasons as small as not having change. Passengers do not deserve such treatment when they are willing to pay the fare and travel.

Most recent experience was today in bus number 500C from ITPL to Banashankari. It was a lady conductor behaving rudely with all reapectable passengers. I urge the responsible officials to advice such consuctors about proper conduct.

Thanks,
Manu
