Hey, I am a student and my bus pass aong with my library card was stolen on thursday[protected]. How do i trace it or how do i get a new one? its very difficult to travel without a pass. please help Was this information helpful? | |

Myself Govind Vishvakarma, I am use my credit card for monthly bus pass at BMTC Shivajinagar. Money is deducted from my account but bus pass distributor person tell me that they are not received slip and payment is not complete, money is refund in your account within 24 hours. I am not getting Rs 1050 still now. This transaction done on 31 Jan 2020.
Please resolve my problem. We also raised dispute from bank.
