[Resolved] Bmtc — Complaint website not working

I wanted to raise a complaint against an erring driver who was driving in violation of rules threatening human lives but the BMTC complaint website is not working. http://www.bmtcinfo.com/site/BSComplaints.jsp

When you patiently type in all details and click on submit, it gives a javascript error. BMTC has to check and ensure that an important part of their system serving customers and related to safety is up and running.
