i had apply for the "caste certificate" in my nearest tehsil (Phulpur, Allahabad) and in that "caste certificate" it has been written clearly that "please verify your caste certificate whether it is valid or fraud" and when i gone through that site ( http://www.bor.up.nic.in ) i found one option for cross-check your certificate ( http://bor.up.nic.in/ppsatyapan/satyapan.aspx ) and when i entered my certificate code for verification, i found everything wrong like my NAME, FATHER'S NAME, etc. except the CERTIFICATE CODE and DATE of that certificate.

so please tell me how to complain regarding this matter....so i can expedite with this matter soon..
