Bosch — Warranty Card not provided | |||
Did not received my warranty card yet after 3 month of buying washing machine. Customer Care of Bosch is disparaging and irritating. I don't know what on Earth gives them idea of not providing Warranty Card even after installation of machine. I almost called 20 time ...everytime i explained them and left the call with assurance that i will receive the card in a week. now they excuse that they dont have stock of warranty card. Amazing enough, warranty card like simple paper is not in stock...i am terribly stressed if my machine had some issue :( Hope Engineering has done excellent work with machine. Please help me.
