[Resolved]  Bose — No exchange policy

I bought a multimedia system from Bose India and went back the next day to exhange it for another product. It was supposed to be a gift and the person I was gifting to didn't like it.
I was told that Bose India doesn't have an exchange policy, they do have a 30-45 day exchange policy for the US though.
I find this highly irregular and discriminating!

Pathetic service. Bought 2lacs system no after sales service.
More worried about service charges than the customer inconvenience.
