I had ordered clothes and accessories through Brandmile on August 11 2011 and paid the amount of Rs 1724 on order number BMNE1ALR through credit card. I got a confirmation of the order stating that my goods will be delivered within 11 days after the campaign was over which took 7 days.
However, 22 days have passed and neither is Brandmile responding to my inquiries through emails or taking my calls through phone. This is in stark contrast to the times when I paid cash on delivery and prompt replies were sent to my queries and goods delivered after a week.

brandmile — Product not delivered
I had ordered an Allice & Anya scarf on July 1.(BM2IXO5C). Till date, I have not received the scarf. Despite repeated followups, there is no response from them. Their customer service is the worst ever I have seen. They close the email correspondence without even resolving it.
