BSA/Hercules -Treadmill Ridge — Complaint against service of BSA Hercules Treadmill Ridge product.

I had purchased a Treadmill model Ridge from Bineet Traffin (P) Ltd, 66,Bentinct Street,Kolkata-700069 on at the cost of Rs.25000/-.(Bill No.BSA/103/1011 Dt15/9/10)
Right from the beginning,the belt of the machine shifted either left or right side which could not be adjusted because the screw was so tight.The matter was informed to the Customer Care ,East Zone over phone No.009903088066. After a number of contacts One mechanic Mr.Surajit came and adjusted the belt for the time being and advised us to adjust the belt in running condition.But it was not so easy as directed by him.In fact the system seemed to be defective.
Then in the month of January '2011 the foot board of the machine broken and customer care was informed .This time also after a number of contacts over phone Mr.Surajit changed the board during March'2011.Whenever contacted ,the Customer Care informed that the board would come from Chennai,it had been supplied to Durgapur and from there it would be taken to my residence Bhadreswar.In this way there was not only wastage of two months but the board was fitted at the cost of 3 nuts broken by the mechanic from inside and fibre pastings on two side of the machine were detatched on the very next day.Again the matter was informed. The mechanic told over phone that the gum was bad.He promised to paste the same with strong gum but ultimatately not done.
Each time they promised to send mechanic but failed to keep their words and the problem of left/right alignment continued. Last time I booked with Customer Care by Job No.389 Dt.26th April'11 when they replied that the mechanic Mr Surajit had been suffering from Jaundice.I asked for sending another mechanic on which they agreed.On 24th May when I asked they replied that Surajit had still been suffering from Jaundice and another mechanic would be sent.On 27th May'11,they replied that another mechanic contacted over phone to my residence but we were not available. I think all these were lame excuses.On 9th June'11 when I contacted ,One madam asked me to contact another phone number.I refused to do it and told whereever to be contacted should have been done by them.Why should I contact other than Customer Care? After a minutes of consultation the madam told that service would be given within 42 hours.Of course they did not come.On 10th June the belt of the machine got damaged and the motor did not rotate while on load.
Sir,you can realise how much I suffered and harassed by the Customer Care.The machine was out of order for 5 months out of 9 months purchased.They do'nt bother to take care of the machine costing Rs25000/-The purpose of the machine for which it was purchased i.e for body fitness of my daughter was failed.
In view of the above I would request your kind honour to look into the matter and inform BSA Hercules Company TI CYCLES OF INDIA- Customer Care (e-mail address customercare @ ticycles of india. com.) to take adequate action against the men responsible for this type of service and arrange for free replacement of the machine at an early date.
